All I can say is you MUST let us know when your upholstery-grade barkcloth is in. You MUST! (Its in now! Click Upholstery Fabric Color Choices) I got your shipment today. Lovely, beautiful, gorgeous, breathtaking, fabulous, oh so pretty. Guess which one is my husband's favorite? Naturally, the one you're out of, the pink eqr. We've draped the fabrics everywhere to see how it would look as upholstery and we love it. I am now beyond smitten. I have fallen deeply in love! I can hardly wait to get my sewing machine out to start creating. But alas I am off to teach a yoga class so the creations will have to wait. I have a koa sofa and two koa chairs that I want to re-upholster, sofa has three standard cushions (26 x 22) Back (22 x 22) chairs 1 seat, 1 back each same dimensions. How much fabric would I need to order in order to have all of these cushions uphostered?

I received the material.
I need to tell you that it took my breath away.
It was just one of those days. And when I got to the car with my package from the post office, I opened the box and really expected to be very disappointed. I know that's negative, but I just thought, yeah, here goes, another load of crap and another mistake made by me.
When I opened that box, first of all, the way that you packaged it...the way that you wrapped it...my jaw was just wide open as I peeled back each layer in amazement at your care and detail, just outstanding.

Hi Nyna, I picked up my fern grotto material at the P.O. yesterday, (they tried to deliver it Monday but we weren't here) and a little later in the day they delivered the Hapa material. All in one day, I was so so happy to get them. The material is just as pretty as I pictured! I will be washing them today, (I hope it's ok to dry in the dryer? If you read this early today, would you e-mail me if I shouldn't dry it that way?) It won't kill it but, The manufacture recommends a cold water wash and lining drying the fabric. Thank you for the thoughtful 'extra's' in the packages too, that's a really nice touch! Hi Nyna, The barkcloth is beautiful!! Love your packaging, too. I have almost always been disappointed with fabric I have ordered online, but yours is even nicer than I expected. Gorgeous colors and a great texture! Several years ago I made a totebag from vintage tropical fabric, and have been pressured ever since to make some for resale. Yours is the first source of repoduction barkcloth I have found that really captures the vintage look. I will be making some samples with this batch, and hope to become a regular customer. I will keep watching for your upholstery grade, but in the meantime, I have found that usind a bonding fabric for extra body works fine. I am very pleased! Thanks again!

All of our cotton poplins are for apparel (we are getting more in monthly) and any of our non-upholstery grades are also suitable for clothing though it will be more the weight of linen but much more drape able. Our upholstery
grade fabrics are wonderful for jackets or bedspreads as well as for furniture.
