Our wholesale discounts are based upon fabric quantities ordered and whether or not you are mixing patterns, we also take into consideration one's buying frequency. The discounts described below is for fabric yardage only.

Minimums and Policies

If you are ordering more than five -  45 yard rolls at one time we can negotiate better terms for you then what is described below.

If you are ordering a minimum of five - 45 yard rolls (225 yards total)  - each 45 roll being one pattern (5 patterns total) or four  60 yards rolls (300 yards) - each of one pattern (3 patterns total) we are able to offer a 50% discount.

Consider becoming an affiliate
If you do not have a website and still wish to be involved as an affiliate than please still fill out the affiliate application  You will need to email us, place the order online for your customer, being sure to add your ID/Nickname into the comment box or call your customer's order in along with your ID Number/Nickname, so you can receive credit.  A total of 25% discount based on the sub-total will be credited for non-sale fabric sales. Gift Shop items and fabrics that have been reduced are not viable sales. Non-sale fabric orders make up the majority of our sales. The 25% can be divided any way you choose between your customer and yourself. Go ahead and show the customer our site because you can get them a better price than they would receive if they were to make the purchase without your involvement.

 If you have a website and your customer uses your affiliate button than we divide the 25% credit up for you by paying out 15% to you the affiliate and offer your customer a 10% credit if they order samples and/or place a second order. If they make a direct non-sale fabric order right away we pay out 25% on the sub-total to you the first time and divide up the discount as stated above on their next order. On future purchases they must use your affiliate button to come to our site for us to determine that the sale came through you.

Please note: non-upholstery grade goods often are not reissued. The patterns are printed once or twice and never return so order accordingly.                                                        Email

What is the delivery time for special ordered items? The date could be anywhere from 2 weeks (usually) to two months (if the fabric is at the start of the reprinting stage.)  If you are ordering a non-stocked fabric pattern and you are working on a tight schedule please call us for an approximate delivery date.  The timing will differ depending upon where the fabric is in the production phase.

Why are the non-upholstery grade fabrics not always available? These non upholstery grade fabrics are made for the clothing fabricators in the Hawaiian islands, the patterns change frequently at the designers request. The designers here want the art to change frequently because the local people often buy their clothing based on the beautiful art printed on the fabric and like to see it change. The dresses are collected like pieces of art. Most of these patterns are limited issues (printed once or twice and then discontinued.

How does one find the fabrics that are available for wholesale pricing?

Current available for wholesale fabric patterns are distinguished in one place only. Find them by clicking In the menu bar under the choice that looks like:

Click any of the color bars to go to fabrics with that background color.

This choice will be on the left side of any of our website pages. The fabrics currently available for wholesale purchasing are distinguishable from those that are not by the line drawn beneath their order name/number. ex: 10pauhana

All non-upholstery fabrics need to be confirmed that they are available for wholesale prior to purchasing.

When you see the order name/number underlined with an * next to it this means that the fabric is currently out of print but we do have a limited supply available. ex: 10wvkt2 *

When you click on any of these smaller thumbnail images you'll hyperlink to a BIG Picture page of that specific fabric pattern.  Click the "fabric details" button at the top of the page or scroll mid-page down, where written is the approximate yardage availability of that specific fabric pattern. If it's not currently stocked it will say so. Keep in mind that an internet sale a minute ago could have wiped out our entire inventory and we didn't yet get a chance to update that page, so it is still advisable that you confirm yardage availability prior to placing a wholesale order particularly for any 44" wide fabrics and especially if you are ordering in larger than 5 yard quantities of any one specific pattern.
